Guarantee terms
What we cover
If we miss a deadline we were responsible for, on a check we've confirmed against the city's own rules, we pay the city fine that comes from it. We pay up to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the fine.
What we don't cover
- Fines or violations from before you joined.
- Cases where you or your tenants blocked access, said no to or held up approved work, or held back information we needed.
- Fines for items that are not in your plan.
- Checks marked "Likely, confirm" in your account, until we confirm them.
How to claim
Email the fine notice to hello@exhalecompliance.com within 30 days of getting it. Once we confirm it, we pay within 30 days.
